Plain‑language notice: This document explains how CSCONSEIL handles the personal data of people who use the services available at datamonkeyz.com (the “Platform”). It is a simplified rewrite of our legal privacy statement and is provided for clarity only. Please ask your legal adviser to review the final text before publication.

- Recruitment data — CV, cover letter, interview notes (if you apply for a job).

- Delete data, in certain circumstances.
- Restrict or object to processing, in certain circumstances.
- Port data you have provided to us.
- Withdraw consent at any time when processing is based on consent.
- Define post‑mortem instructions for your data.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority CNIL (cnil.fr).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or technical developments. When we do, we will post the new version on datamonkeyz.com and change the “Last updated” date. In the event of material changes we will notify users by email or via the Platform.
